Still, I found that we clicked from the start and Katrina showed real depth in the conversations I had about my health and family issues since a bereavement I had in 2021. She is very accomplished at Mindfulness therapies and in our first session she was able to get to the root of my issues with little knowledge about me beforehand. So her listening skills coupled with her holistic approach worked extremely well with me. My second session was certainly an eye-opening one as she gave me face reflexology and I could see the difference in my forehead wrinkle lines, plus I’ve had lots of encouraging comments on looking younger!! And whatever magic she performed, my forehead is still wrinkle-free!! I am also very ready for my third session soon and so I would say that you are in safe hands, literally!”
