I had been struggling with dull, saggy skin, but after just one session, I noticed a huge difference. My skin felt tighter, fresher, and had such a beautiful glow. I was so impressed with the results that I went back for my second session today, four weeks later and I’m just as happy as the first time. I also had my lashes done by her, and as always, they are absolutely perfect. In fact, I’ve already booked in for fat dissolving and lip blush treatments in the next four weeks because I trust her work completely. Farah is a hidden gem in Streatham incredibly talented, artistic, and precise in everything she does. On top of that, she has such a calm, welcoming personality that makes every appointment a relaxing experience. I couldn’t recommend her enough!

1 /5 Megan Hughes: Caveat: Farah did provide a full refund after I raised my concerns, but I feel it’s important to share my experience, as I am still dealing with the consequences of the treatment months later. I visited Dhebar Lashes after over a year of carefully maintaining my natural lashes. Having used a high-quality lash growth serum, my lashes were in optimal condition—long, healthy, and strong—before the appointment. I’ve been on the look out for a new lash technician, since my old lash technician moved outside of London. Unfortunately, the results I received at Dhebar Lashes were far below the standard I expected from a professional lash bar. While there was a slight lift, the outcome was very uneven, with one eye noticeably more lifted than the other, leaving my lashes looking awkward and unbalanced. The overall quality resembled something you could achieve with a DIY kit from AliExpress, rather than a professional service. To make matters worse, my lashes have become brittle and many have fallen out since the treatment. I’m familiar with a small amount of shedding after a lash lift due to the chemicals used, but this level of damage is unprecedented for me. I now have significantly fewer lashes, and the brittleness has been distressing. Additionally, throughout the appointment, Farah spent a significant amount of time distracted — on the phone or away from the treatment bed — which I believe contributed to the poor outcome. Given the time and cost of this treatment, it was incredibly frustrating not to receive the their full attention. I have attached photos to this review that show the difference between the high-quality results I’ve received from my former lash technician versus the substandard outcome I experienced here with Dhebar Lashes. I am writing this review in the hopes that it will encourage Farah to undergo further training and improve the product range so that future treatments meet the professional standards expected. However, until such improvements are made, I would advise extreme caution to anyone considering booking a lash lift here. As mentioned in my caveat, Farah did provide a full refund which I’m very appreciative of. However, after they issued the refund, I also message because I was experiencing irritation in one of my eyes (which I was concerned about because I have never experienced this before) and Farah never responded to this message.

5 /5 Avnika Patel: I’ve been seeing Farah regularly for my lash lifts and I honestly couldn’t be happier! They come out flawless every time, very natural, don’t need to worry about wearing mascara, and last for a long time too. The service is amazing, highly recommend ❤️.
