I saw her recently and my god did my hair look awful (it had been a while since I gave it some TLC) and she gave it just that some real good TLC! Nora Smith Have been going to Kess, South Harrow for years and this is a great salon. The staff, who have been there for a long time, are excellent - friendly, polite, hard working, welcoming and skilled. It is also great value and it is easy to ring and get an appointment last minute...so different from other salons where there is long waits for appointments. Really convenient. Ive never had a bad experience here. Hugely recommend.

Not only was I impressed with Andreeas ability to draw the rose designs by hand but also the warm and genuine welcome I received from Lina herself whilst I was sat there. It was my first time visiting on Saturday and it certainly wont be the last.

Coziay Adelakun I went to see Madalina for a deep cleansing facial before my trip to Cyprus and honestly, she was amazing. From the moment I walked in, she was so sweet and welcoming, and the place itself was super clean and had a really cozy, homely vibe. She clearly knows what she’s doing and explained everything as she went along, which made the whole experience even better. My skin felt so fresh and clean afterwards, easily the best facial I’ve ever had. She even gave me and my partner some face masks to take home, which was such a lovely gesture. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients. I’d recommend her to anyone looking for a proper, high-quality facial. Definitely a 5-star experience!
