4 /5 Janet Pritchard: This place is excellent. Lovely friendly staff. I had an eyebrow shape. The girl was very good and took her time. I am very pleased with the result. The only down side is that in the brochure it is listed as £6.00 for an eyebrow shape. When I made the appointment, I asked how much it would cost and was told £8.00. However, when I had the service, i asked if I should pay at reception and the girl said I could pay her. I asked how much it would be and she said a tenner. I felt a bit taken aback, because it is the most expensive eyebrow shape Ive had. The most Ive paid is £8 and there is a place in Bethnal Green, which is very professional and they only charge £3 for an eyebrow shape. Its a shame because much as this place is very convenient and the staff friendly, I wasnt happy about the mixed messages with the price, so dont think I will be going back. I feel like Ive been ripped off unfortunately.
