1 /5 Alex Hearn: I booked a hair removal appointment for 11:55, and I was charged the full price at 12:05 for being late. I had an issue at home and I tried to call the salon to forewarn but unfortunately there was no response. When I arrived around 12:15, I was asked to wait and then told I couldnt be fitted in that same day or the next day because she was fully booked (I could be misunderstanding but Treatwell seemed to suggest available bookings). Im sure Keshera is a lovely person but I politely contacted her to see if we could reschedule but she bluntly said that I would have to pay again. I will be going to Blush Beauty.
