1 /5 Diana Kastrati: My nails started chipping just 1-2 days after my appointment, and the nail tech didn’t handle the situation well at all and was very unprofessional. Really disappointed with the experience honestly, I told her I will pay for the nails to get fixed and then sent me an emotional paragraph insinuating that I should not come back. I just got my nails done yesterday, and 2 has already broken. That’s completely unacceptable — nails should not be breaking after one day. I’m really frustrated about the experience here.

She’s perfected her craft, I always leave with my nails and feet just how I want them. Her time management is great as well as her retention. It’s been almost two years that I’ve been going to her now and it’s honestly been amazing since the start. Nothing but good things to say, everyone should book!!
