I was seen right on time and given clear information about all the services available. Karolina was polite, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. The massage itself was relaxing yet effective — I left rejuvenated and refreshed. Overall, a fantastic experience! Jessie Astill I had a total hair revamp with Alex at Cisco’s Karma, I have never been to a salon that felt more like a home from home, I was so comfortable all day, offered tea and coffee throughout my treatment, the atmosphere is so relaxing and safe, I felt calm and refreshed by the end of my appointment and I can’t wait to go back. To top it all off I had a reference picture for Alex to work from and the results completely exceeded my expectations, I haven’t smiled this much in weeks! Alex is so talented, knowledgeable and skilled, and can truly bring your hair ideas to life. 100% recommend.
