5 /5 Dawn Walden: BEST MASSAGE EVER BY HULIA!! I came across this goldmine today, even though its very local to me. I booked a 30 minute deep massage online with Hulia. On entering, the place, it was clean, light and felt friendly. Hulia knew immediately what my back, neck and shoulders needed! She was amazing! She took her time, dident rush and even went over the 30 minute schedule. She told me that I would sleep well that night, and I actually did! ( for the first time in ages!) I left there feeling a new woman! ( Im 60+ years old). I am going to make this my new regular present to myself and I cant wait to return next week for a longer session and to try some of the other delights that they offer!

5 /5 N O: Came back for a Keratin treatment, wash, cut and blow dry again and didnt even need to tell Hulia what I wanted, she already knew just by looking at my hair. Very happy again and will continue coming back. Highly recommend.

1 /5 Hanen Osman: If I had the option, I would rate this salon negatively! I had scheduled a haircut appointment for my teenage daughter today at 11:30 am. We had agreed upon a fixed price of £45 for the service. However, as soon as the hairdresser, Maria, assessed my daughters hair, she imposed an additional charge of £20. I was extremely surprised and shocked that she could raise the price so abruptly without any prior notice. Although I was displeased with this situation, I reluctantly agreed to pay the extra fee. Additionally, Maria consistently interrupted the other hairdresser while she was working on my daughters hair, attempting to prevent her from heeding my suggestions regarding the desired length of the cut, among other things. When I went downstairs to use the toilet, I was horrified to see a small mouse scurrying from the hallway into another room. I was too appalled and disgusted to remain in the salon for another moment. I will never return to this salon again!
