Guildford Chiropractic Centre - Chiropractic, Physiotherapy and Sports Massage -

Rating: 5 /5
Kevin Cook For a month I had pain in my right shoulder. Doctor and osteopath seen. Went to Louise. She took the time with her knowledge to correctly diagnose a rota cuff injury and then with her treatment, just two sessions, I was free of the pain and discomfort. Perfect!!

Physio1to1 Physiotherapy and Sports Injury Clinic - Bridge St

Selam Adamu I first went to Physio1to1 with severe tendinitis in both achilles. My previous physio advised me to give up dancing, but Millie and the team treated me, gave me exercises and helped me get back to fitness. I went back to them following a bad knee sprain and now have regular treatment from Marissa to return to fitness. Im always impressed by not only the care and professionalism of everyone, but also the attitude to get you back doing what you love.

The Bewbush Centre -

Powfoot Ive been going to this gym since I was 16, Im 24 now. This gym isnt fancy, 1 squat rack, 1 cable machine, 1 bench, 2 free benches with dumbbells that go up to about 42kg. You go to this gym if you dont need too much equipment to work out, if youre someone who only works out on machines youre gonna have a bad time. But, talk to Dan. Hell give you the keys to the kingdom to having a great workout. Hes super friendly and passionate about working out, also being an experienced Thai boxer. The reason I joined this gym was because of the price and location, pretty convenient. The reason I stayed is because its a hub for the local community, and one of the few places left in the world where men from the local community can socialise, both young and old. For improvement, have a regular face in the gym, offer unique classes at a cheap rate (if you have an experienced martial artist, why arent you leaning into that, Richard?), some community activities- why isnt there a run club which since COVID have become extremely popular? The cafe should be opened longer, fresh juice and smoothies to take advantage of the school and post workout crowds. To the people who complain about cleanliness, and other patrons, remember where you are, this is bewbush.

Lou Haskins How lovely to have a new yoga studio in the area!!! Really enjoyed my yoga class with Mel. It’s been a while and I’m out of practice but I felt comfortable and therefore confident to get the best out of the class. A convenient and lovely space. Highly recommend Rise. Thankyou xx

The Clubhouse Personal Training -

Rating: 5 /5
Madhur Mishra I’ve been training at The Clubhouse for the past four months and have seen a remarkable improvement in my fitness and overall health. It’s a small-batch personal training gym with truly excellent, knowledgeable trainers who take a genuine interest in your goals, technique and progress. What really sets The Clubhouse apart, though, is the community. They’ve built an incredibly supportive, welcoming environment where you actually look forward to showing up. Regular team workouts, coffee catch-ups and social events mean you get to know the people you train with. It feels more like a group of friends than a gym. If you’re looking for expert coaching, accountability, and a place where you genuinely belong, The Clubhouse is outstanding. Highly recommended.
