Hami Hami It has been a year training here. My first experience with bjj. Friendly atmosphere a lot of skilled people obviously the professor who still actively competing. People with different abilities and different age groups makes training interesting and motivates you to become better.

Angela Greene I don’t usually write reviews, but I felt I had to after such a positive experience today. I visited the gym today with my Sister who also goes to the Seven Sisters branch and we were both really happy with our visit. Jason was incredibly friendly and professional from the moment I arrived. He took the time to answer all of my questions and personally showed me the new equipment, which I really appreciated. It never felt rushed, and he genuinely seemed happy to help. The gym itself was spotless, and all the weights were organised and in the correct place, which made the whole workout experience even better. Thanks to Jason’s great attitude and attention to detail, today’s visit really stood out. Highly recommend!

Zoe Lynch Im not a traditional gym-goer - more yoga/walking/avoiding anything with the word gym in it - but after a recent health scare - I rather tentatively made a call to Guy at the Barn. I was not excited, at all (!) about the prospect of joining a gym. BUT this place is different. Its friendly, inclusive, and you can see that the team genuinely care about you getting fitter. They run fitness tests for all clients throughout the year... and keep records of the results... a great incentive to keep focused. The options are either classes, which is what I attend, or personal training. Attending classes with other regular attendees makes the experience way more appealing than a solitary gym session. Indeed most people that join seem to stay for the long term. The first session I attended, we spent time in the outside gym. And when I say outside, I mean set amidst stunning Sussex countryside. Each lesson I feel both challenged and supported. I absolutely love going there. The drive up to the Barn is worth a visit alone. What a stunning place to exercise in. Oh, and two added bonuses: you dont need to commit to monthly gym fees, you can buy classes in bulk and attend at your convenience, and they play, what I consider, great music! ✨️

Julian Ponce I’ve just joined having sustained a running injury and used the gym for the first time today. I can say it’s a brilliant gym and was quiet at 830am so I didn’t have to wait to use any equipment. There’s a big range of cardio and weights. People here seem to want to just get on with their workout, and it’s not at all pretentious like other gyms I’ve used. The pool is decent and there’s a lovely sauna and steam room which look quite new. The building has been described as ‘old’ in some reviews, possibly because it was built in the 1800s, so this is expected surely? How refreshing to find a leisure centre set in beautiful grounds and with stained glass windows. Despite others saying it lacks cleanliness, I didn’t find this was the case. In my view, the price is much more reasonable than others I’ve looked at and there is a village / community feel, which is much more welcoming than some newer gyms which lack any character. On signing up for membership, I was warmly welcomed and in my view received a level of customer service which is highly unusual for London. There was no pushy sales either. I was very impressed and it was a no brainer for me to part with £89 per month including blue light discount. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
