Zsombor Aron Kamondi We took advantage of the deal package with a treatment - we got a 20 minute shoulder massage and the spa access - we were lazy for the gym. Such a great time... Usually I take an hour massage that is filled with filling... like the finger popping or some people start to stroke and massage your skull... so unnessessary, but this one, this 20 minutes had not down time, it was full on amazing, focused massage... very impressive work. I wish I asked for the name of the lady delivering the service, so I can highlight her. Thank you guys, I will definitely go back, especially with the £25 deal they offered for this.

Giles understands the challenges of training and when personal life often gets in the way and he is always around to offer support during difficult times, and inspire me to keep going. He adapts the training to suit my needs on that day if required. Its been nearly 4 years training and I wouldnt look back! Hes a complete asset to me. I highly recommend always

Sheridan Barton I originally started training with Mai to build up my fitness and stamina for long distance running. Over 2 years later I’ve ditched the running and re-focussed on full body cardio, weights and spin! I’m fitter than I ever have been and my self confidence has grown. I wouldn’t have been able to handle lockdown without Mai’s online sessions and classes. Mentally stimulating and physically punishing, I can’t ever imagine not training with Mai! Thank you!!
