5 /5 Lana: Had a really wonderful deep tissue massage here with the masseuse Ayaka (hope I spelled her name correctly!). I like a really firm massage to knead out my knots, and Ayaka listened well and adjusted pressure perfectly. She definitely came across as experienced in her technique. The whole experience was super pleasant and relaxing. Not sure what some of the negative comments are about but this is one of the best massage experiences I’ve had in London for sure. Would love to come back.

4 /5 Tanvi Khandelwal: I got an instant hydrating facial, which was pleasant and relaxing. The main difference with the signature facial is that the latter includes extraction and the instant facial is a condensed 30 minute version. If youre looking for a quick fix, its great. Theres a complimentary drink included. I got the collagen shot. Overall, Id recommend it if youre looking for some relaxation and pampering.

1 /5 Francesca Baker-Brooker: I’ve just been for a facial and a pedicure. During my facial not only was the provider incomprehensible to hear, she refused to listen. I broke my shoulder a few months ago and told her yet she kept pushing hard on it, twisting my neck, and pummelling my shoulder. I actually ended up in tears at the end. I don’t see how this is meant to help my facial skin. I’m running a half marathon next weekend and am not sure I’ll be able to now. Very upset. Then my pedicure was late, which meant I had to cancel on a friend as my day was tightly scheduled. Cowshed Spa had already rearranged it on me once meaning it was actually 40 mins after I’d originally booked. Then I was told I’d have to wait 45 mins after the pedicure if I wanted colour?! It does not take 45 mins for nail polish to dry. So I didn’t actually get it painted because who has 105 mins spare to worry about their toenails? Again the treatment provider was dismissive. Absolutely dreadful experience, and not what I’d expect for the prices.

1 /5 Veronica Giron: I went today for a LED laser facial treatment that I booked as a wedding gift from my colleagues gift card (cowshed). The overall experience was okey, the members of the staff were just correct and the woman who did a bit of massages before and after the LED was good but nothing special, they do not explain anything about the tratement or what they gonna do and which products they gonna use…. is a place where you can’t relax at all!! The spa is located just by the entrance of the Shoreditch Soho House membership club, and you could hear everyone loudly speaking everytime they enter the building…which makes u feel unconfortable and in tension. The tratment itself does not have any effect and the worst is when I went to pay with the Gift card but could not use it…as apparently is just for getting online products that I never use! So what a waist of my money, ( as I had to pay for a service that mean to be a gift) waist of gift card and worst my time! I wont go again to experience any other services that they do provide

5 /5 Vic Grimshaw: Thank you to Diana for a superb pedicure - removing old gel, a proper exfoliation and scrub, plus a nail touch-up. Exactly what my beleaguered feet needed. They still look and feel good 10 days on.
