5 /5 Radhika Dwivedi: Amazing service and so fast and efficient! Im so impressed! I went with a broken nail which they very kindly agreed to fix and they did such a good job that they not only fixed it perfectly but they also matched the hard to achieve metallic chrome colour of my other nails EXACTLY! So much so that you cant even tell a difference from the other nails! The ladies are so kind, humble and polite that I was instantly at ease. Im so impressed and Ill definitely be recommending them to anyone who asks.

I paid £20 for a removal, they didn’t put oil on my cuticles afterwards, didn’t cut or shape my nails - literally just removed the gel and sent me off. Not to mention that the hygiene was bad. They didn’t use a new drill for each client or clean between use. There was another customer next to me and the staff used the same drill on us without disinfecting or removing the tip to a clean one, they literally just kept flicking back and forth between us without disinfecting the same drill. Bad hygiene as all nail tools and files were communal and once used were put straight back in the drawer, again same buffer to get rid of polish was used on me and the person sat next to me. I would not come back here and I paid £20 for such bad service and awful hygiene

5 /5 Kim Yar: I went to this nail salon for the first time yesterday for a manicure and gel, and Anyi gave me the best manicure I’ve ever had. She was so patient and worked with great attention to detail — and the result speaks for itself! Absolutely love how my nails turned out. I’ll definitely be coming back!

5 /5 CMA Ga: I honestly love this salon so much! All the nail techs are really lovely and make you feel comfortable every time. Alissa especially is amazing, she always does my nails exactly how I want them and they turn out perfect. I can’t recommend them enough!

1 /5 Ruby Coaten: This was my first and last time coming to cosmo nails. I got acrylic nails done 2 weeks ago and they are already lifting and one has fallen off. Whereas other places I have gotten my nails done, they last much longer then 2 weeks and I pay a fraction of the £70 fee i payed here. The pretty basic set I got is not worth this amount of money. Save your money and time. [edit] it’s now three weeks later, and another nail has fallen off and it looks as though my natural nail underneath has turned green, no idea what may of caused this as it’s never happened before but i would avoid this place like the plague.
