Z Touzel Clare is an excellent Pilates Instructor; she is very knowledgeable about not only Pilates but also the body and how it works. Clare is patient and explains all the moves and tailors her sessions to suit the needs of others. She gives different levels of each move so that people of all abilities can join in without being self-conscious. Clare really takes time to get to know all that attend her classes and knows when to encourage you to do a little more and when to tell you to ease off. I came to Clare with back issues and I can honestly say I have seen a great improvement in my mobility since joining Clares class. If you are looking for a Pilates instructor, Clare is the one for you!

Simon Legge I have been seeing Krish for over 6 months now, to help address various issues with my knees, lower back, shoulders and even hips. Her knowledge, understanding and expert hands-on approach has contributed greatly to alleviating pain and improving my flexibility and mobility. The bonus is that Krish also gives me exercises to do between sessions to complement the treatment I receive. Krish is a well qualified, excellent osteopath and I highly recommend her.

Peter Dolnik Have been coming here for a swim for quite a some time and always been met with welcoming staff and friendly atmosphere. Centre itself could do with refreshing some facilities, but nothing too major to dislike. My only issue is occasional stench smell of sewage in swimming pool, but that was only a few occasions so far. Pool temperature is adequate, overall cleanliness is good for how many people pass through on daily basis. Will see what changes the new owner will bring, but have visited some of theirs leisure centres, hoping for good ones. Overall 5*

Sophia Gallyer Just went to a baby massage class and honestly it was amazing. I just left with such a good feeling, probably a massive oxytocin rush or something. I just felt overwhelmingly like THIS is what im supposed to be doing on mat leave, not always rushing about. Amazing amazing ❤️
