1 /5 Rojda Gezen: Been coming here over a while now, and the service keeps getting rubbish over time. I travel all the way from wembley to get my nails done as they did exactly how i wanted but as i said over time, the quality and the shapes is just bad. Before they used to do nails under an hour which was perfect because it allowed me to get my errands done but now, it takes almost 2 hours for infill which is crazy. Little heads up, they speak about you in your language so that’s also very uncomfortable. i’ll think twice before coming here again.

5 /5 Noha: I had a wonderful experience at this nail salon. From the moment I walked in, I was warmly welcomed by Giang, who kindly made sure I was paired with a female nail technician as I requested, which really showed their respect and care for my religious beliefs. My pedicure was done by Anna, and she was absolutely lovely. She took her time with the massage and mask, made sure all the dry skin was properly removed, and kept checking in to ensure the water and hot stones were never too hot. She even made sure my massage chair was set comfortably. Giang also offered refreshments and surprised us with complimentary hand creams, which was such a thoughtful touch. The salon itself is beautiful, clean, and welcoming. Overall, it was a great experience, and I’ll definitely be coming back!

5 /5 alice profumo: I have been going to CN Nails studio for a couple of years. The staff is lovely, and I am always very happy with my acrylics full set/infill. Even if they are very busy they always offer you a drink and accomodate walk ins as much as they can, whenever possible. They are also quick and reasonably priced. Look forward to their reopening at the end of the month after their refurbishment!!

1 /5 Melissa Raya Economou: Salon is not the cleanest - staff do not wash their hands or wear gloves and the salon is generally dirty with food everywhere. It has been renovated since I last visited so not sure if this has improved. They are always running late and I have had to wait for over an hour before, despite having prepaid and booked an appointment. I have been here for BIAB and they ruined my nails giving me a “half moon”, which shouldn’t be the case for BIAB. The tools they use are dirty as well. The UV lamps are really bad quality and burn really, really badly when you first put your hand in. This is the first time I’ve experienced this repeatedly on multiple occasions. I went to a slightly higher end salon after this experience and was advised that that shouldn’t be happening and is extremely harmful. Customer service is not great - I had to cancel an appointment booked via Treatwell due to infection in my cuticle. The staff said they couldn’t refund me as it wasn’t within their power and I had to contact Treatwell directly. Treatwell has advised that it’s up to the salon.
