1 /5 Katelyn Beggs Hamilton: Awful service, gel peeling off acrylic after only 3 days of getting them done!! Messy work and zero cuticle work too- do not go here absolutely not worth the £50.

1 /5 Frederique Saint-Louis-Augustin: I’ve visited this salon several times over the past three years, and unfortunately the experience has always been disappointing. Every time I go, the staff seem unfriendly and unwelcoming. As a Black woman, I often feel like they don’t want me in their shop—even when it’s completely empty. They’ve refused to serve me more than once, and their attitude never improves. This has been such a consistent problem that I stopped going altogether. I would not recommend this place if you value good customer service and respect

1 /5 Polly Stewart: I just wanted my gel nail varnish removed. Unfortunately when I went in a rather grumpy guy was the only one free. He actively changed the drill head to the roughest one, then unevenly sanded my nails well beyond just the gel. After half-heartedly applying some asetone for about a minute, he then tried to sand down my nails even further and I had to stop him. He poorly buffed my nails, did not shape them and put a drop of oil on which he told me to then wash off immediately and I was ‘done’. My nails were uneven, rough and raw, and he tried to charge me £15 as it included a ‘treatment’. When I argued that I would pay that amount when I got the treatment he refused. Fortunately, one of the women came over and tried to fix my nails as best she could. There was only so much more buffing that could be done to make them even without sanding them even more, but she at least shaped them and gave me a proper treatment. See pics on final result. She was great, but for the sake of your nails avoid this salon (and in particular the guy there).

1 /5 Nicole Carmen: Absolutely shocking service. So I walked in to book an appointment later in the day. When I arrived at the time of my appointment, staff were doing each other’s nails. I waited 20 minutes before I was served. I had asked how much when I booked my appointment, an acrylic refill which is usually £15-18 normal polish was £28 fine. So when I said I wanted a French tip I was told it was an extra £6. This is over double the going rate. So I said a plain nude colour and this is what I got for £28…. No way.
