Dani, the instructor, is motivational, always full of energy and encouragement which makes every session enjoyable and effective. The atmosphere is positive which keeps me inspired. Clare Hudson I love my weekly yoga class with Alison, it is exactly what I need at the end of the week. Alison has such a calming vibe, and the flow was slow, gentle, and perfect for unwinding. Lots of deep stretches, breathing exercises, and a long, dreamy savasana at the end. It leaves me feeling super refreshed and stress-free.
