The quality of nail care is exquisite and I always leave delighted with the results and I love the compliments my nails receive from others in the days after my appointments. I cannot recommend Cherry Blossom enough - it is an oasis of calm and a place to relax and unwind. I cant wait for my next visit!!!

5 /5 KC H: I regularly come here for manicures and pedicures, Raluca is absolutely lovely, professional and makes my nails look perfect every time. From cuticle work to nail finish, whether I’ve arrived with broken nails or having chrome powder. She takes her time, is detail orientated and I have always left happy with the results. My nails last incredibly well. It’s a lovely experience, from the warm welcome from the lovely staff, tea, chocolate, the salon is spotlessly clean and tools are sanitised.

The manicure included nail shaping, buffing, and cuticle care, all done with meticulous attention to detail.The clean and professional atmosphere made it even better. I left feeling fresh and confident.I highly recommend cherry blossom to any guy looking to up their grooming game!

1 /5 Shireen Khan: I’m honestly shocked by the high rating this place has received. Here’s a summary of my experience: • The technician clearly didn’t know how to properly remove gel polish. She filed my nails so aggressively that it actually created a hole in one. Every time the tool slipped and damaged my nail, she’d simply say “it happens” m which occurred at least four times. That’s not normal. • When I suggested soaking the gel to make removal easier (since she was struggling), I was told, “We don’t do that - it’s old school.” • She used a grinding tool to shorten my cuticles without any soaking or trimming. It was painful the entire time, with zero acknowledgment that she was using a metal spinning tool on live skin. • Eventually, she gave up and suggested leaving the uneven remnants of gel to grow out naturally. At that point, I was in so much discomfort that I agreed and asked her to at least buff it flatter so nail polish could sit somewhat evenly. • She then moved straight from grinding to polish application - no handwashing (or wet towel even), no lotion, just dusty fingertips and uneven nails. I asked for color advice to help hide the damage, and she simply shrugged. • When I asked if there was a fan to help dry the polish before moving on to a pedicure, she said, “No, we don’t have fans.” At that point, I decided to skip the full pedicure (which I had prepaid) and asked for just a polish change instead. They agreed but told me there would be no refund for the difference since payment had been taken upfront. I was offered credit even though I had clearly said I was visiting from abroad and wouldn’t be returning. No refund, no credit. They simply kept the £17 difference. This experience was worse than going to the dentist - and I’m not exaggerating. The service was extremely poor, the environment lacked even the most basic amenities, and the technician seemed untrained. The only positive part of my visit was Dan at the front desk, who was kind and looked genuinely concerned every time he overheard something go wrong. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning and I absolutely wouldn’t recommend this place to others.

5 /5 Dan: What a truly amazing and soothing experience. I got an Eyelash Tint from the lovely Anna. It was so professional and calming , and the end results were higher than any expectations that I had. I then received a Gel Manicure from Raluca. She is amazing at what she does and my nails look flawless. Great customer service skills from both of them and it was such a pleasure coming to the salon , will definitely be coming back soon and telling everyone about my experience.
