1 /5 Rhian Miller: Absolutely terrible service! I booked a keratin treatment here through Wowcher, as soon as I arrived Cher was miserable. I have a feeling this is because I didnt book direct. It became very apparent that all of her staff were in training, I was burnt a few times during the treatment. They didnt even blow-dry my hair straight, which kind of defeats the objective of a Brazilian blow-dry. Anyway after Cher assuring me the treatment that it supposed the semi - permanently straighten hair would last 4 months, after one wash my hair is the same as it was before I visited the salon. To top it off, Cher went on to charge me an additional fee for the length of my hair - which she failed to mention until after the treatment had been done. I have called the salon on multiple occasions to allow Cher the opportunity to rectify the situation, but she is always out and hasnt managed to find the time to call back. Extremely disappointing.

5 /5 Anastasia France: I had the most AMAZING experience at Cher salon today. I hadnt had a haircut in years and I left with perfect layers and silky smooth hair. Cher and her assistant were so so lovely to me and we had great conversation the whole time. I often feel conversation is forced when I go to hairdressers and its part of the reason I dont get my hair cut often, but today, the time absolutely flew by because we were just chatting away! Chers assistant was also very kind and considerate when washing my hair. 100% recommend!

5 /5 joushna nishanti: This is my second time coming in to do hair colour. I came again because the first time service was excellent and i loved it . As usual Cher amazed me with her service and customer service skill. In fact not only that i did hair colour but, i also gain knowledge from Cher as she was sharing knowledge & very professional with her work. Highly recommend.

1 /5 Luisa Arteaga: Pictures are from now, 10 minutes after the manicure. Blank spaces, chubby places, polish stuck to my skin, you name it. The lady had no idea what she was doing and the polish was old so they blamed me and made me pay because I asked for a 3rd coat. Of course I did! With 2 coats you could see my whole nail still. Rubbish!

1 /5 Frances Scott: Not a great highlight and cut, my roots are really stripey and you can still see the line where my hair has grown out before, cut is really choppy and uneven. Really disappointed as had a nice experience in the salon but after washing my hair this morning, the colour really isnt very bright, has coppery strands still and despite paying for a full head of highlights it looks like Ive not even had half! The blonde stripes are so thick and not blending with my hair at all. As well as this, I rang up a few days before to ask if I needed a patch test and was told it was not necessary and I shouldnt have one, I have come out in a weird scaly rash all over my ears and neck that is unbelievably itchy and really red. Really disappointed with this treatment :(
