She was absolutely amazing at listening to all concerns I had and got my hair looking exactly how I wanted it, even better!! I cannot recommend her any more, she was so kind and was great at understanding and perfectly executing what I wanted, my hair is in such good condition now!!

I usually have done eyelash lift and tint with Karina who is highly skilled and each time I get an amazing results Karina is very pleasant and warm person.She always explains the process from start to end. 1 /5 cécile Niedzielski: I came very upset after a hair disaster at another salon involving lots of different hair colours, highlights to fix it... I had so many different colours in my hair and damage here and there that I have no idea how I managed to have an even colour in my hair for my Christmas holidays in France. Even after a few washes I can already tell that my hair is now fading very nicely which wasnt the case before as my lengths used to fade quicker. The cut looks also very nice without any hair styling at all from my part. Ill definitely go back there for my hair!

5 /5 Rabab Almaajoun: Had my eyebrows done by Karina! Originally i wanted to only thread, my eyebrows are thin and long. But she talked me through and explained how I can improve how it looks by simply tinting and also changing shape. I trusted her and was super happy with results! Will be going back to try the eyelash lift! Update: Went back for eyelash lift! Absolutely love the results, again Karina very professional, explained process to me and how next 24hrs will be! Was happy with results. Absolutely recommend

5 /5 Victoria Drz: I never leave comments but I had the best haircut and service of my life with Becky - I walked in without an appointment and asked if they would have an opening to chop my hair (from long to bob!). She made time for me and listened to what I wanted - because I had bad experiences she was really considerate and patient. Result is that my hair was cut exactly as I like and want and few weeks later still looks great! I would definitely recommend. They were all warm, friendly and made me feel wonderful :) Thank you Becky and the Chelsea Chair, I will come back!
