1 /5 Marina Bo: Had the most appalling treatment by the BOTOX therapist called Nagham Obaid today. Initially she cancelled on me 30 minutes before the treatment, when my phone was off. When I called her to check where she is, she said shes too busy and sent me messages but the phone was off. That was a lie. By this time I was already in thr salon waiting for her. I spent money on a taxi just to be on time, left the birthday party we were attending with my toddler ,to try to manage the treatment before our holiday next day. All she said sorry nothing I can do, im busy. To which I said its extremely rude as I came all thr way there with no prior notification that the treatment is cancelled.
Her manager told her to come in. When she saw me in thr salon she gave me thr most condescending look and told me to apologise. By that time I had zero desire to be treatedby her anyway
And told her its her job to apologise as Im her customer. She started shouting at me in front of my 3 year old and clients like Ive never seen before. I left the place in tears and trying to explain to my child what was wrong with the lady. Really worth reporting. Awful person. Rude, distespectful.
