1 /5 Pam Semmens: I arranged a morning appointment for a pedicure but when I arrived I waited 20 minutes before I was told they were running late and could I come back in the afternoon. The pedicure was very disappointing in a broken chair and no nail polish. I was nearly charges £45 but when queried I was told £35. A waste of time and money.

5 /5 Hannah Baron: After having been to the same salon for 5 years I was nervous to try somewhere new but I was so happy with my highlights at Chameleon. The staff were friendly and efficient and I am so happy to have found a great salon closer to where I live. I only wish I had come here sooner! Highly recommend.

1 /5 E Jones: Chameleon CANNOT do gel nail extensions. The end product was far from competent and a way off what was agreed. On seeing the photo, staff should have said "No, we do not have the competence to do what you want done, sorry." Saying "yes" but then using fast talk to limit what would be delivered once the customer was committed, is not acceptable. Nails are 1) too short, 2) triangle where a curve was requested ("that will take too long, you dont want that!"), 3) not what was agreed at the start. "No, we cant do that" is the right answer.
