The staff was incredibly attentive, offering me a beverage and making sure I was comfortable before my appointment even started. My stylist listened carefully to what I wanted and offered helpful suggestions based on their expertise. The entire experience was relaxing, and I left feeling pampered and refreshed. I highly recommend this salon to anyone looking for top-notch service and a skilled team!

Tyra Ameyaw The absolute best salon experience. Nellie, Jo and Jacqueline were amazing with dealing with my hair (that I find quite difficult to deal with)! Jo sat down and gave me a consultation, truly showing genuine care for my hair. I can’t believe service like this exists in London, where the work isn’t just being done for profit, but with a genuine sense of care and passion for every customer. Nellie was so amazing with my hair, I had come in with my hair unwashed and was worried that it wouldn’t be washed properly. Nellie cleansed my hair so throughly and gently, and did it better than any time I’d ever washed my own hair. She was the most lovely soul and so attentive to my needs, offering me food or drink. During and after the service, they suggested products for me to use going forward and basically drew up a plan to help me grow my hair. You can tell that these are professionals, who can deal with any type of hair texture or type, and know their craft to a scientific level. I’m so happy to have found Jo Johnson salon & will be a regular!

Zeena I had such a great experience with Amy and Lyn. They gave me a mani pedi. They were gentle and thorough. Massage was great and I left with beautiful nails ❤️

Florence Greensted I like to give Anh a challenge by presenting her with an image of nails Ive found on Instagram that look good, she literally rises to the challenge each time and creates my dream nails! I absolutely LOVE my nails this time (the first image). Anh and Amy are both are so lovely, really professional and amazing at their trade. I always get so many compliments on my nails whenever I have them done. Im so lucky this is my local nail salon because they are 10/10!
