She took the time to explain every step of the process, which made me feel comfortable throughout the treatment. But what I loved most was how she created such a relaxing environment. I had no idea what to expect when she first came to my house to do an Environ facial so was quite anxious & apprehensive but she immediately put my mind at ease. She is super friendly, very accommodating, considerate & extremely knowledgeable about all beauty treatments & massages so I knew I was in good hands. Carolina can also advise on what products to use as your daily skincare to enhance your treatments. My friends are always telling me that my skin looks amazing but that is down to Carolinas facials & the products she recommended. Best part is she comes to your home so makes life so much easier as you can relax at home straight after your treatment or get on with your day.
