Lou Mac My six year old daughter attends Worthing Gymnastics, and she absolutely loves it. It’s an incredibly well run and organised club, and the standard of teaching is very high. I find the sessions varied and exciting for her, and it’s pitched at the perfect level for her age group. The staff are so friendly and enthusiastic - you really get the sense that they love what they do. As a team they are very encouraging and supportive, and have taken the time to make sure she is progressing as a gymnast. Throughout lockdown the team were incredible. Every session meticulously planned to encourage participation and fun. At such a difficult time, it brightened up my daughters week.

Meghan Nealon This was my first ever Lagree class and I LOVED it. The instructor, Elena, was really helpful and made me feel welcome, safe and challenged. It was truly a whole body workout and I loved the focus on slow, sustained movement that really allows you to properly target the various muscle groups. I also met the owners, Karley and Phil, who were lovely and have clearly put so much heart into every detail of the studio. The art and everything else is so well curated. Shoutout to the delicious açaí bowl as well - one of the best I’ve ever had and not overly sweet. Will definitely be back next time I’m in London!

Adam Steiner Tekne gymnastics are wonderfully friendly, fun and professional club. The coaches do a fantastic job making kids of all abilities feel welcome, and Susi the administrator is always on top of things. Our daughter loves going there

Madhu Aravamuthan Ive been with Sheida Shams(an excellent PT at PureGym) for 2 years now and wonder how I managed without her before! Shes a trusted friend, trainer and coach - amazing from day one. Having had many trainers and coaches before, I truly understand fitness (physical and mental) with Sheida. Every session with her is an improvement for me - with a holistic approach to form, strength, focus and nutrition. I have continued my training with her during pregnancy and she has consistently removed aches and made me stronger and more confident in my body. I understand so much more about posture and form that I can now correct my husband on his! Shes the reason I look forward to sessions at the gym and I take her teachings with me everywhere. Sheida goes beyond a PT - she tailors sessions, brings invaluable advice and provides support - shes a life coach :)
