5 /5 Alvydas Andrejauskas: Sophie the PT is a GENIUS!!! She helped me understand the reasons behind my pain during certain exercises and gave me a set of movements to restore my full range of motion. I’m highly impressed and would definitely recommend her to anyone working on their fitness goals. Thank you, coach!! The gym itself is quite decent as well!

4 /5 Jemima Freeman: I came to BuzzGym for a session with Louis, which was brilliant! The gym itself was expansive and looked like it had great facilities. It wasnt too busy and all the machines seemed good quality, although I did not try them all. I particularly liked the assisted pull-up machine - the bars were a good size and grip, which I have not always found on other machines, so it made it easier to focus on my technique. Louis is an excellent, friendly, and encouraging PT who really pushed me physically, and I achieved more than I thought I could. Would recommend!

5 /5 Chinedu Elvis: Buzz is more than just a gym. For me, it’s a safe space to relax and grow; and the environment provides just the right ambience for that. There’s just about everything you need to grow (strength training, power lifting, cardio). My fave part of buzz gym are the staff. They are so friendly and super enthused to help - what more can you ask for? Been here for a year now and it’s been a remarkable journey for me. If you find yourself in Oxford and looking for a safe space to grow, you should definitely sign up with Buzz gym. Would definitely recommend in a heartbeat!!!

1 /5 AK: Buzz gym is exploiting people so please consider the below before signing up for this place. Whether you are a pt working for buzz gym or a member you are nothing more than a number to them. The only thing that matters for buzz gym is maximizing profits and minimizing expenses by any means. It is very sad especially for pts who spend 50 hours per month without getting paid a single penny. 50 hours of doing classes for free, free 1-2-1 pt sessions, tidying up the whole gym and cleaning the bathrooms. Not even a thanks. Only complains that it is never good enough. Also pts have to pay money to buzz gym if they are sick or if they are going away for holidays!!!! Members on the other hand can’t often use the equipment either because the gym is extremely overcrowded or because machines are constantly broken down. Not to mention the unnecessary loud music blasting on the background quite often with songs containing swearing words. Feedback and complaints are never taken seriously as not a single change has occurred to make the gym a better place both for staff and members. Management is aware but doesn’t care, because they don’t want to spend any money. Shame on you.

3 /5 Eli: Well-equipped gym but they should completely ban members from filming. People set up their camera on tripods and film away without asking those in the background if they consent to being in the frame. People are already intimidated going into gyms and having others actively filming just exacerbates anxiety. Although there are signs up saying ‘you must ask people to consent before filming’ this is not enforced whatsoever. Please do something about this, it is uncomfortable and I know of 2 people who have left for this reason. It would be fine if people asked but not a single person does. It doesn’t promote a positive gym culture - we are all here just trying to somewhat better ourselves and should be able to do so without these unnecessary stressors. Other than that great gym!
