1 /5 DjEssNur: I had an appointment which was booked for 16:30 I booked this an hour before hand I travelled from Chingford to be told that it was cancelled looked on Treatwell which showed I still had an appointment. Then was told it had been cancelled, And the person who was going to do my treatment wasn’t there. Left the place then checked my phone to see an appointment cancellation reason of “changed my mine& booked by accident” which is not correct when called the lady was told that I shouldn’t worry I will be refunded which honestly was not my concern. As I had travelled to make this appointment. Very unprofessional. They honestly make you look stupid in the salon. Absolute joke.
