Small, intimate classes are great especially for beginners like me! The studio was lovely and clean and the staff are super friendly and welcoming. Would 100% recommend!

Intars Logins There are many new and fancy gyms in Crawley, however Energie fitness is the one I would recommend. I was amazed by friendly team that works there and to be honest they have encouraged me to try new things and to accept few challenges. I feel like being among friends there, I do trust staff that works there - true professionals and they are very open and friendly.
