5 /5 Sherie B: I had a brow top up (someone elses work) done by B on 15th Feb 2025. Upon arrival, I was greeted by B in such a warm way that I just knew I had made the right decision in coming to her to do some corrective work on previous SPMU brows immediately. B had already done a consultation with me prior to this appointment when I came in for a patch test and also via communications as I was very particular about what I needed done and she assured me then also that she was able to facilitate my needs and wants. When entering Bs Beauty Hive, I observed it to be very clean, well decorated and very much like a well kept aesthetics room owned by someone who takes immense pride in what they do. This made me even more confident in my decision to have a treatment done by B. B threaded my brows, following my original brow shape, listened to my wants and needs again, made the shade for my brows mixing brown and black pigment as I had specified wanting a hint of brown and then got to work with the powder brows; everything she used was fresh sterile equipment and it was nice to see her set it up in front of me showing that client care and hygiene comes first to B. B has very gentle hands, I didnt find this treatment painful at all. I could see from her focus whilst working on my brows that B is a perfectionist, takes pride in her work and also involves the client in any decisions she makes if it is to do with a slight alteration of shape or brow length. I have never felt so comfortable in the hands of an aesthetician like how I have been with B, she even ensured I had a blanket to make sure that I didnt get cold during the treatment and brought my bottle of water near me in case I needed a drink during treatment time. Me being comfortable was so important to her. The little touches such as this coupled with Bs gentle soft kind caring conversation throughout and her happiness to involve me in my SMPU brows whilst she got to work meant the world to me. I asked B to make a few more additional strokes at one point, she advised me how it would look and then went ahead as it was what I asked for. I never once felt like asking for anything or any queries were a hassle. I definately will be coming to B again for other beauty treatments as I absolutely love her work, her approach to her clients and importantly her client care is 100%.
