5 /5 S: Highly recommend! I had severe lower back pain that made it difficult to walk and even sit down. After osteopathy sessions with Michael, which helped enormously, I continued with Pilates sessions with Gordon. Both were very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. My back pain is now completely gone — I’ll definitely return if I ever have any issues in the future. Thank you!

5 /5 Sarah Clancy: Paola was absolutely brilliant. I had a very painful knee, felt vulnerable and tearful. Paola was reassuring, kind and gentle, gave me a very comprehensive treatment and explained clearly what was going on and how I should look after my knee at home. I’m now back at Bridgeham four days later for a follow up appointment and the improvement is wonderful. It is clear from my experience here that there is a joined up approach to treatment (I have also seen Trevor and Dan who have both been fantastic with diagnosing and treating a previous injury); there is a professional information sharing which I think greatly enhances the care provided. I am extremely impressed with the level of care provided at Bridgeham, and would thoroughly recommend!

5 /5 Perry Watts: Had an Osteo/Massage with Georgia and this was the 2nd Visit and booked for a 3rd, she is really knowledgeable and explains things well and gives great advice on causes and ways to help yourself going forward. She has the deft light touch of painter when needed, but also the strength of an entire Rugby team too so every knot and issue is dealt with, which is quite remarkable. I have been having lower back issues and its affected my sleep and movement, but after the last session my sleep improved right away and Ive got great advice of things to work on to improve it going forward. Georgia is really great at what she does and I look forward to the next session

5 /5 a healing touch greaves: I have been coming here for 3 weeks the staff are so friendly and understanding jo makes the back care classes fun whilst ensuring you are comfortable with your ailments she is very professional I have also had one treatment with trevor he has helped more with my ailments then any other therapist over the last 7 months that I have seen and that was just one session obviously I know my injury will take time.i like the holistic approach here at bridgeham clinic. Also I feel I can be myself around trevor and jo they are just naturally funny and makes you smile which is needed when you are in pain. But I have hopes with trevor to hopefully get me back to normal.and will continue to do the recommend videos on you tube I like the reception team as well. Everyone is just so kind and caring there and so glad I found this place I would recommend to all my patients as I am a massage therapist myself.
