Bruno Vieira Yesterday, I contacted the NHS to request my medication and was informed that it would be available at a certain pharmacy. I arrived at the pharmacy around 11:50 a.m., close to noon. The pharmacy employee checked my documentation and informed me that I should return later, as the employee responsible for dispensing medications was on her lunch break. I explained that I couldnt wait, as I was in a hurry, and that the medication was essential for me. The medication in question was Centralina 150 ml. I returned to the pharmacy some time later and was again informed that the person in charge was still on break. I asked to speak to the manager, and an employee came to speak with me. I explained that I have seizures and cannot be without the medication, but they still havent dispensed it. Today, 24 hours have passed, and Im still without the medication. This has caused me a lot of distress, including not being able to sleep at night. I believe that it is not the customer who should adapt to the employees break times, but rather the pharmacy should organize itself to ensure continuous service during opening hours.
