Caroline Guitton I am so glad that I’ve been able to join Busylizzy in Reigate& Dorking and enjoy a nice variety of classes, where I’ve met some lovely mums to exchange with. Yoga and baby music in particular are my and baby’s favourites, but we also like taking part in baby signing and buggy fitness, as well as the lovely brunch events that Maddie has been organising regularly. I really recommend Busylizzy if you’re pregnant and especially if you’re a new mum looking for fun classes and connection with other mummies.

Rabab Almaajoun I was looking for local gym with group classes to train! I found Clash fit! The concept of PT and smaller group classes is a great combo. The strength sessions focuses on posture form as well as building the strength to lift heavy! Condition classes are challenge and test you mentally as well as physically! Its great place to workout and with experienced coaches. Definitely recommend

Neil Dunstan Id been a regular student at Lucis Mixed Ability classes for many years when, just out of interest, I tried one of her Thursday evening holistic / restorative classes. They have an emphasis on stretching and breathing but are fully supported so require little strength - and its easy to hold the postures for the best results. These classes are great for releasing tense muscles and increasing flexibility and are now my favourites. My lower back and shoulders are looser than theyve been for a very long time. The best bit is there are also recorded sessions so Im not just tied to the timing of a scheduled class and can also have a regular Sunday morning treat. Thoroughly recommended!
