1 /5 Fatima Moin: I’m writing this with genuine concern for anyone considering this salon. My experience was nothing short of a nightmare. I went in for a waxing appointment and left with severe wax burns all over my body—including my face. It has now been over 3 weeks, and my skin is still damaged, raw, and healing from what can only be described as reckless and completely unprofessional treatment.
The woman who performed the waxing clearly had no regard for proper technique, skin sensitivity, or safety. The wax was far too hot, applied carelessly, and ripped off aggressively. At no point was I treated with care or expertise. My skin was literally torn in places. I had burns, scabs, and painful irritation across multiple areas of my body. I’m still dealing with the physical and emotional aftermath.
This was not just a “bad experience.” This was negligence and harm. Please do not risk your skin, your face, or your health by coming here. I wouldn’t wish this on anyone.
