2 /5 Kiko 369: I’m going to cancel my membership with this swimming school. It is the worst ,lessons start late ,staff talking and chatting while teaching , parents districting lessons sometimes too , today’s lesson started 11:10 ,which is not fair for the children, no person-centred approach whatsoever , I feel the kids are not learning much , they are sometimes left just play instead of use that half an hour to teach them. Parents put towels on shower doors to reserve the shower which is annoying, showers and toilets are disgusting , people also take accountability when they shower and leave their disgusting body and pubic hair on the floor ,people like that should be ashamed of themselves

5 /5 Anjana Tamang-Gurung: I am very new member for the BT Gym Center,I am very lucky to have Sania she is doing so amazing customer service.Day before I west my 3,4 hour for the after open my membership card and there was lady Patricia she didn’t talk and telling me anything openly,she is so grumpy face I am NHS staff I request her about my discount but she didn’t listen and I request for help but she is not helping me anything,even I don’t know where I am going inside,next day I meet Sania she is so friendly and telling me everything so clearly. Saina doing excellent service for the all customers.I am so happy and proud of her. Well done and best wishes Sania.

1 /5 Shooq Sarhan: I’m extremely disappointed with the behavior of the swimming pool staff at your gym. They were incredibly rude, unprofessional, and showed a complete lack of basic customer service skills. Their attitude was unacceptable, and to make matters worse, there were clear signs of discrimination in the way they treated certain visitors including myself.

Whether it’s answering questions, keeping the facilities running smoothly, or offering assistance with the gym equipment, Calum is always approachable and reliable. It’s clear he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about providing a positive experience for visitors. His positive attitude and attention to detail make a real difference — the centre always feels well-managed and welcoming when he’s on shift. Overall, Calum is a real asset to Botwell Green Sports and Leisure Centre. Highly recommend his service and the great atmosphere he helps create!
