5 /5 Michael Thomas: I came to Bonita London to have PRP hair treatment for my thinning scalp. The staff were very knowledgable and professional. I was extremely impressed with the procedure. I had a hair transplant 3 years ago, and have had PRP by other clinics a few times, and this was the most comfertable experience I’ve had. I highly recommend Bonita London!

1 /5 Hossu Corina: 2 weeks ago I had botox done with Sarah 3 areas, I payed for the treatment £250 which is just about right. I’m doing botox for 3 years + and never had such issues before where the wrinkles are still strongly visibly after 2 weeks. I have sent her over videos, photos by expressing my concerns. She has done it 1x before and it only lasted me 1.5 months and usually it would last me 4-6 months I even asked what botox she used on me. She got defensive. We booked a top-up which was due and once again expressed that something just not right and the lines are strongly visibly. She then proceeded to ask for another £50 for top-up and I expressed that shouldn’t be the case as the results didn’t show up almost at all, I did tell her it’s a rip off and this is not how it should be. This lady instead of being professional she blocked me cancelling my appointment. I called up few other aestheticians today and they all said that top-ups are free as it comes with the full price you pay the 1st time. Before I payed once and with a free top-up. Even tho I sent her an email as I’m before a comp she didn’t bother to reply. it’s ok. THANK YOU SARAH FOR RIPPING ME OFF, very kind and very professional of you. I believe in karma what you give is what you get. I worked with aestheticians before and if I expressed a concern they were very professional and quick to sort it out without a problem but I forgot that this lady is not professional at all as much as she tries to be…and that’s a wrap. Think before you take advantage of others. shame on you Sarah

5 /5 Olivia Brockman: I thoroughly recommend Bonita to anyone who has ever considered Botox but too afraid to dive in. I pondered over the idea for months but didn’t know where to turn and I guess was too afraid to do it despite wanting it. A friend of mine recommended Bonita and so I decided to go for it. From the get go, I felt comfortable with my decision as the Aesthetic Practitioners were so understanding and professional when I called to book in. The consultation made me feel all the more at ease as they answered all my questions and concerns and explained the process from start to finish. Throughout the Botox treatment, they assured me by explaining as they went along, and making sure I was as comfortable as possible. Drinks and refreshments are on hand. The clinic was very clean and the room has a good atmosphere. I was very happy with my treatment! Everything that was explained was as expected and I am in love with the result! I was well informed of the aftercare but knew I could speak to the Practitioners if I had any further questions. I have just booked in for my review as I’ve got the Bonita bug!! I want to thank the Aesthetic Practioners at Bonita. You take pride in your craft and excellent care of your customers! See you soon for my review!

5 /5 Charlotte W: Very friendly, professional and knowledgeable staff. I was very nervous and Sarah put my mind at ease talking me through the procedures as she went. Aftercare is brilliant. I have anxiety so did reach out a few times for reassurance which they were more than happy to give. Very competitive and reasonable prices. Thank you for your patience with me and for making my experience a good one. I can’t recommend them enough :)
