Bhaudip Patel I joined the gym recently, and today was my first day. I was greeted by Niles, who was extremely friendly and took the time to show me around the facilities. The gym itself is fantastic, great setup, clean, and welcoming. Unfortunately, I later realised that this branch doesn’t have other nearby locations that would work for me, so I had to cancel my membership. Niles was incredibly helpful in guiding me through the cancellation process, making what could have been an awkward situation very easy. If my circumstances change, I’d definitely rejoin, not just for the great facilities, but for the genuinely friendly and professional staff at the Harrow branch.

Paula Robinson I had the RMR and VO2 testing with Damini. The session was very informative and useful, everything was explained and I was made to feel relaxed. The report after was very comprehensive and gave me a great understanding of where I am with my health and fitness. Practical actions were given to me on how to improve. Thank you.

Tara Furlong This well-maintained little outdoor gym is located in Byron Recreation Ground. There is a bicycle rack alongside and nearby theres a large childrens playground, sports pitches on open grass, a car park, and a diverse range of sporting facilities, such as a skate park, bowls club, gymnastics, and a leisure centre. There are no outside facilities such as water or toilets and the high street is a good walk away. The car park is free for the first three hours but a ticket does need to be collected from the machine and displayed.
