Kara Taylor is amazing, she really knows what shes doing and will listen to your concerns and offers solutions that actually work. Shes never pushy and never over recommends products, which I appreciate, and her knowledge base is huge. She fixed my highlights and cut from another salon and I havent been this happy with my hair in years!
I also saw Laura, the Sherlock Holmes of skin problems. She gives great, bespoke facials. She really listened to my concerns and goals and then gave me a practical path to follow. She has clearly helped many people with all kinds of skin concerns. She is also not pushy and recommends the less-is-more approach, only recommending products that would actually be useful for me.
Im very impressed with this salon. Every person who I encountered is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Its clean, busy and a fun place to be! And if you need some tea, just ask Nancy :)
