Charlotte Gillespie-Williams I love this gym and I highly recommend to anyone wanting to achieve their fitness goals and feel comfortable whilst doing so. From the moment you walk in, you’re made to feel welcome, which isn’t always the case with gyms ! The classes are brilliant, as are the playlists! Tom, the founder has created a space with such a community feel and I always look forward to class. Dan F Amazing gym and truly deserving of a 5 star review - in large part due to the head coach Ollie, the other coaches, and the members that train there. They all create a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. The facilities are decent and there is plenty of mat space. The Jiu-Jitsu timetable allows plenty of opportunity to train both gi and no gi, whether youre a hobbyist or a serious competitor.

Kris I really love this leisure centre. I tried multiple gyms but I finally ended up here , because of the ambience and of course the range of gym equipment. The instructors are lovely, Rita has really been very helpful and always has a beautiful smile and positive energy .
