5 /5 Ben Levin: Have had a great experience at BWW. The people are friendly and know your name. The gym is always in great condition and weights and machines are always tidy and put back in their place. The pool is lovely and the steam / sauna facilities hit the spot.
4 /5 Alex Jottini: I have been a guest, with a friend of mine at this gym and it is very nice and clean, for the way I do my work out is great but I know for some people it can look a bit small, it also has different areas and studio.
If you are into reformer Pilates, I suggest to check it out.
Very nice swimming pool, it could be a bit short if you are a good swimmer.
I liked the steam area, and they also I have sauna in the changing room.
Very good facility
5 /5 Tommy Bowen: Superb spot in central Notting Hill. Team ultra friendly and helpful. The gym equipment, studios, changing rooms all in great condition. A great-sized pool for a central location is a win.
3 /5 Jamie Savage: Very expensive for a gym that has 20 year old equipment. Crazy that for ÂŁ240/month reformer classes are not included. Average age of members is about 45, reflective of the local population but not a place for young members. The classes offered are very limited (3 spin classes in a week) and instructors are average. Tom was great until he went private and struggled with others. I was told they were getting an ice bath in Jan/Feb time when I joined last year but turns out it was just sales making false promises. Its living off lack of competition with little investment but I wouldnt be surprised if people move to Third space in Bayswater if that ever opens...
5 /5 Junaed Khan: If you re looking for a great local place for your health and wellbeing, do strongly consider BodyWorksWest. The main benefits to me are the classes and pool as well as the place feeling less like a corporate copy and paste gym compared to similar places.
Maryam A.R Amazing club. Develops confidence and discipline. Children learn to work with others and are strongly encouraged by their peers and instructors.
Luis Schmitt Albina has been looking after my mum and me for over 8 years, and she’s been absolutely incredible throughout. From injury rehab and strengthening weaker areas to Pilates and so much more beyond the usual, Albina always has the answers. Her expertise, care, and dedication shine through in everything she does. She’s highly qualified, attentive, and able to help with any issue. I couldn’t recommend her enough — 10/10!
Sophie Bruen Have only just joined the leisure centre and as yet haven’t used all the facilities, however , treated myself to a 2 hour Spa Session today and it was ridiculously relaxing! Hydro pool, sauna, steam room, infrared sauna, monsoon shower and an amazingly calm dry chill out area.
I will definitely be booking again.
Staff at the leisure centre go the extra mile and are so so friendly.
Well done Kensington Leisure Centre and Thankyou
Khadija BA Great gym! Clean, well-equipped and with a really positive atmosphere. Coach Jeff is amazing, professional, motivating, and always pays attention to form and progress. Highly recommend!
Charlotte Gillespie-Williams I love this gym and I highly recommend to anyone wanting to achieve their fitness goals and feel comfortable whilst doing so.
From the moment you walk in, you’re made to feel welcome, which isn’t always the case with gyms !
The classes are brilliant, as are the playlists!
Tom, the founder has created a space with such a community feel and I always look forward to class. I’ve never felt so comfortable in a gym before, and that’s down to the positive atmosphere and great team.
Thanks so much LowFlo and can’t wait to see what’s in store for 2025!
Perry Stanford Andrews personal training is just spot-on. Hes super knowledgeable and friendly, making workouts enjoyable - in a hard way! He tailors sessions perfectly for older bodies, but Im sure hes great with all ages. He pushes you just the right amount. Plus, hes super flexible with scheduling. Highly recommend!
