Miss P Such a lovely studio, you’d never know the extent of it until you go inside. Really friendly staff and a beautiful space to do yoga in. The breath-work class was lovely and relaxing, I’ll be telling everyone in Richmond about this place ☺️ They also have a full range of treatment offers and the massage was lovely, you can then sit in their front of house café and it’s just perfect!

Virginia Huffman Elegant spa with nice amenities. Beautiful baths and sleeping pods. Relaxing atmosphere with fireplaces and plenty of seating. I indulged in the Nurture Ritual whoch was a delightful 2Hrs treatment with a scrub and mud. After i received a relaxing massage from the same kind and attentive therapist. My only complaint was that it was HOT in the entire facility. After i showered i was uncomfortably warm. Thankfully the massage therapy room was heat controlled.

Vakhtang Endeladze There are not enough stars to rate what Carlo has done for me and my family. Seven years ago I was diagnosed with cancer and had a radiotherapy which damaged my nerve. As a result I was struggling with severe foot drop. Due to chemo drugs I was bed bound all these years and all my muscles were wasted, especially on my right leg. At the end it looked like a thin stick. Due to several operations on my spine I also had major back problems. In July 2016 my sister offered me to start sessions with Carlo. Since than I am having osteopath sessions every week. Carlo works really hard with me, puts all his effort to improve my condition and supports me in this challenging journey. I want to emphasise his extraordinary professionalism and superb knowledge. He knows exactly how to approach a problem, how the patient can achieve his goals and most importantly he is there for you when you need his support. Thanks to Carlo my muscles started building up again, my legs look normal now, my back problems are gone and today I can walk again and enjoy life. It is a big pleasure to know a person like Carlo Yanez and I will be forever grateful for his extraordinary work!

Christine Hinze Its Magic! I cant recommend Janine and Pilates Magic highly enough. Last year I suffered extremely painful muscle spasms in my back, but was lucky enough to find Pilates Magic. The transformation has been miraculous so I owe Janine a big THANK YOU. Shes relaxed but very knowledgable, and the sessions are fun.
