omgMMDD 2048 I’ve been attending the yoga classes at the gym regularly, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The instructor is knowledgeable, encouraging, and create a welcoming environment for all skill levels. Each session leaves me feeling more relaxed, focused, and physically balanced. I’ve noticed a big improvement in my flexibility and overall well-being since starting. Highly recommend these classes to anyone looking to improve both mind and body!

Alexander Thorndyke All of the coaches are approachable and make you feel welcome. There are students of all different levels here, so do not feel intimidated about attending a class. A good combination of exercise and self defence, helping to build confidence and knowledge.

Cristina Pérez The Yoga Centre has helped me a lot these days when we are isolated at home. I have taken part in some of the online classes they have daily, I especially enjoyed one of them with Wax and with Serena as well. Her soft voice kept me very relaxed all the time. I assisted in a Chair Yoga class, that was my first time doing Yoga with a chair and I liked it. Practicing online yoga with those people its quite similar to be in the studio (of course its not the same) but you are sharing your practice with other people and that feeling is very comforting when you are isolated at home.
