5 /5 Sarah Chapman: Had my first Bio Sculpture manicure recently and was so pleased with the result. The setting is absolutely beautiful and the staff were so friendly. My manicure lasted much longer than ones I’ve had with other brands and will definitely be returning! Thank you

3 /5 Ioana Chivu: Edited: The owners were great and promptly responded to the bad review. I think they are really trying and doing their best to find the right grove for the business. Worth giving them a shot since most of the ladies there are lovely and very hard working. Terrible new nail polish, great new staff but untrained and old staff trying to work as little as possible and dumping customers on the new one how and when they can. Also unwilling to fix a chip despite being super late for their own appointment. This manicure would not be good enough for free.

1 /5 G: I was very disappointed with the rude manner I was greeted today by staff and even a member from head office. I understand places like Selfridges like tourists but local people prompt business up with repeat custom and in quieter times. Shame I was excited to try this nail salon.
