1 /5 Masha Korotkevych: During the pedicure, when the technician used chemicals, I didn’t feel anything wrong at first. However after a couple of weeks, I couldn’t understand why it was so painful to walk, especially when I wear my heels. The pain was so unbearable that I would literally cry because the skin on my feet felt like it was burning, as if I was walking on fire. A month later, the part of skin on my feet became extremely dry and started to crack. I tried to heal the skin, but it didn’t work.
When I consulted a podiatrist, they said that the chemicals the technician used were left on for too long, which damaged my skin. But I was trying to fix the skin in different way for around 2.5 months, which didn’t work at all. Finally I called to Bezu beauty department and explained the what happened to me. However, the staff member didn’t even apologize but she claimed that she did the same treatment to every client which were absolutely right. But every client’s condition is unique depends on the skin condition and age. It’s not right that she thought the same treatment process will work for every client.
She claimed that they always perform the procedure that way and that everything was fine. I was going to book another appointment and was looking for a solution, but surprisely, she suggested I should visit a doctor rather than offering me a solution. That is the customer service she offered, I’m really surprised. Not sure how the director of company will react to see their employees offer such level of service to local clients. But the employee really did a great job to build a bad reputation for the business and push the clients away.
The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life.
