Melissa Heaven I’d like to share my experience of my visit yesterday. It started when calling earlier that day, my call was answered promptly and it was easy to make an appointment at a time which suited my diary, they were very accommodating. When I arrived for my appointment I was warmly greeted by name by Karam. I have to say her service was outstanding! From the moment I arrived Karam talked me through the whole process of a wax, from the type of wax that was being used and the after care - do’s & dont’s. Karam made me feel incredibly comfortable and showed a real in depth knowledge of the services that were available. We spoke about laser services, facials and creams which the salon offers. Hannah Egan I have just had a full body massage with healing sounds and it was exactly what I needed! The atmosphere of the room was so serene and just invited you to completely relax your body and mind. Every sense was thought about from the choice of scent, the background music, the pressure and movement of the massage! I was so relaxed and kept that calm with me all day! I also got to to experience some of the sound healing by Heloisa and the deep vibrations really resonated with me. I felt such a deep connection to inner self and reflection when the singing bowls were placed on my body and I am so glad I got to experience that and to have my body and mind be in the present and mindful. I would highly recommend to anyone who just needs a bit of pampering and peace

darshita patel I went here on recommendation almost a week back and it was a horror show, I’m fine with rude behaviour, and avoided the cleanliness issue as long as I get good brows, and the lady mid-age lady in burkha put me though pain and gave me cuts on my brows, I felt discomfort and I even mentioned that but she ignored and continued doing my brows, it came out horrible, and that still would’ve been fine, it’s hair it’ll grow back but the cuts she gave me started noticeable the very next day when the bruise started to showing on the skin, it has been a week and every time I wash my face it pains so much, I’ve bruise in the middle and on the sides of the brows from the intense cuts of the thread, I don’t recommend anyone going there at all, it’s really bad.
