No class is ever the same, she always levels up and down so you can work at which level suits you best, and I always feel like I have had a full body workout after class. I would highly recommend both mat and reformer Pilates with Jess, she is also a wealth of knowledge where nutrition is concerned!

Niamh Ivan has a great training programme for all abilities, and even amended the exercises while I was recovering from an injury so I could still carry on (no excuses!). It defiantly pushes you to your limits, but everyone is so encouraging which creates a positive atmosphere that makes you want to come back and torture yourself again for the next session! I’d encourage anyone to join if you’re looking to improve your overall fitness and strength.
