5 /5 Helen Eugene: Absolutely love going to Bellas Nails and Spa. The staff are incredibly kind and patient. No matter what design I ask for, they always outdo themselves. Great prices and the best service. Shout out to Kai for my gorgeous nails.

They go above and beyond to make sure I get exactly what I want, no matter how detailed or specific. Their attention to detail is incredible, and you can really tell they care about their work and their clients. I always leave feeling pampered and taken care of. Couldn’t recommend them enough!

1 /5 CaptureTheDiamonds: IF THIS IS AN ELABORATE DESIGN PLEASE PROVIDE THESE LADIES WITH A BASIC ART CLASS!!!!! VERY POOR sarcastic service I received!! I asked for an ombré nail similar to a picture I showed the ladies. I was responded to with the staff saying I am wasting their time and to just pick a colour. So to make it simpler for them as I was getting no help picked a hand painted design which is not even what I came in for. The lady doing my nails started huffing at me and telling me next time book an appointment if I want a complicated design (I asked for a border colour along my nail tip). She told me if not I have to come back. I was then asked why my husband booked the appointment for me over the phone… then she had a go at me for the design which she wasn’t clear about after sharing many pictures with her. And when it finally came to payment there was a charge which I was not expecting and it was very disappointing. Also there is excess acrylic left under the nails. Please guess the price of these nails for the service I had … NEVER AGAIN
