5 /5 bromley vets: I was welcomed by the wonderful receptionist who offered me a coffee, tea or water whilst I waited. I found this this be a very welcoming approach. Becky my therapist took me into the treatment room and had this amazing effervescent personality which I loved followed by years of experience which I found comforting knowing the treatment I was going to have. Becky listened to my concerns during the process and had no hesitation in doing what I asked for. I was thrilled with my results and very grateful for the extra time given to me which was not planned.Becky followed through with my aftercare advise and made sure I was happy with everything before saying goodbye. I certainly will be going back and highly recommend her. What a find! Thank you Becky.

The treatment, the advice, the care are all top quality and the professional service has been amazing not just for me but for the whole family (bar the cat though I think she could help her too!). Becky is patient, knowledgeable, takes great care in her work and now my son will only do something if Becky has advised it! She doesnt waste your time and only recommends treatments that she knows will really benefit you.
