1 /5 Hollie Stocker: I come here under the impression I was getting Russian eyelashes I had had a patch test before and all was fine. I go into my appointment and it turns out to be the worst experience I’ve ever had! The lady was pulling my eye lids up making the glue go in all my eye they was steaming I kept asking her to stop and let me have a break. She’s then applied all lashes under my lash line and stuck what I would say is cluster lashes and wig glue my eyes have never been so sore I can’t get them off at all. I then messaged the manager explaining my worries and telling how how swollen my eyes are and how she’s applied them was so against health and safety. I’ve then been argued with on the phone called a liar and told I can’t have my money back. This was such an awful experience and I really hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else . I will be going to trading standers as I believe she doesn’t have any qualifications and I hope health and safety is checked out properly as I could have been blinded.

5 /5 Katherine Couling: What a great find, I had my eyebrows threaded for years & always loved the results so I was really glad when I found this salon in Uckfield high street had opened. The beautician was friendly & welcoming & she listened to my requests about shape & colour. Excellent prices for the service including waxing & tinting. I will be back very soon for a facial.
