5 /5 Stefania Menna: Amazing service and really welcoming staff! They are all extremely attentive and very professional, I did gel manicure and shellac pedicure, it was unbelievable! It is very difficult to find a place like this in London but I eventually find it and I think from now on they will definetly see me more often! I also did my eyebrow which they were totally ruined and they put it back on shape! Wow! Thank you so much ladies!! Very well done!

4 /5 Enting Man: Came her for a wax, good value for what you get. The prices arent ridiculous like other places in London and the manager was friendly. The deco and interior is a bit old and dated but if you want a quick cheap wax with no frills - this place is good.

1 /5 Asma S: I visited this place first time for a dry hair cut today where a Lithuanian lady - Reema provided the service. She was extremely unprofessional in talking and was critical of the hair style that I asked for. She gave me the hair cut and left my hair on its own; upon asking her if she will dry them so that I can see the final look, she was very rude and said that if i wanted to see the final look i should have paid her £35 instead of £25 and totally refused. On confirming the price for blow dry , she stated that now she will not be providing that as its too late. I gave her reference of salons that I visited earlier, and that they ensured i was satisfied by the cut (not with the blow dry but a basic brush dry) she told me if I was taking these services in Lithuania no one would have offered to dry hair for a finished look. She asked me to dry my hair at home, and in case i wasnt satisfied with the cut i could visit her same day before 7 pm for a finish (Its 20 mins walk from my home). I was excited for a nice cut and she really messed up my mood. She was very arrogant and rude.

5 /5 Kolsumah Begum: Got my wash, cut and blow dry done here today for the first time and I loved it! Nasrin is the kindest and most considerate hairstylist I’ve come across, I highly recommend her. I love my new haircut and I will definitely be using her services from now on.

3 /5 Marf ie: Was great, staff were pleasant and felt looked after. Went for the facial. Was good but was very shocked when I was charged over £100 for it, would have been better if I was told the price beforehand and also given the option of different facials before starting the treatment. Otherwise good, might return but wont go for something so expensive.
