Lyn B I had a wonderful experience during my lymphatic drainage massage today with the lovely Karolina! From start to finish, everything was excellent — the spa was spotless, the ambience was calm and appealing, and the management was very professional. I was seen right on time and given clear information about all the services available. Karolina was polite, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. The massage itself was relaxing yet effective — I left rejuvenated and refreshed. Overall, a fantastic experience! I will definitely be returning soon and highly recommend Karolina and the spa to anyone looking for quality service and true relaxation.

sneha lizbeth I’ve been coming here for three years, and Viola is an absolute hair genius! She brought back curls I thought were gone forever and is incredibly affordable. Plus, she gets my haircut done in under 20 minutes—perfect and effortless. Highly recommend her! Have introduced my friends as well and they have also become regulars now. The funniest part is I embark on a one hour journey to get my hair done and the only reason I do it is because she is the best I know.

Dee Cavit I have been using this salon for years. I have never had an unpleasant experience or felt like any of the staff did not listen to my wants or needs. I have always left with amazing, healthy looking hair. The senior stylist Minay goes above and beyond to ensure that I always get exactly what I want, she is always honest if she feels a particular design or colour wont suit my hair type/skin tone. As someone who has been using this salon for over 10 years I would highly recommend it to every single one of my freinds, family and colleagues. Please do not listen to negative reviews as this is clearly from a customer who does not understand the difference between highlights and balayage. I have regular colour, cut and treatment here and despite this have been able to keep my hair looking and feeling healthy, this is down the the intricate time and care of Minay. Thank you Ladybird, cannot wait for my next appointment! I would rate this salon 10 star plus if I could.
